Most importantly, my total outlook on nutrition and exercise, it is now a natural part of my everyday life.
Alana is great at keeping the positivity there/momentum even after a bad week with nutrition or steps. Before starting out I worried that this wouldn’t work for me as I had tried so many other things in the past that failed but Alana gave me the tools to succeed and keep going even after difficult weeks, all while having a life!

I've tried so many diets/lifestyles to lose and keep weight off - including being a vegetarian, then vegan, juice fasting, strictly paleo, keto/low carb, intermittent fasting and even fasting for whole days!
I've been getting coached by Alana for over a year now & have lost almost 15kg!
I have been on every ‘fad-diet’ out there. From Slimming World, to Lean in 15, Herbalife, Juice Plus and Protein World and obviously didn’t stick to any for probably more than a month.

When I started my online coaching journey with Alana I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to stick to something new. I have been on every fad diet out there. My aim before beginning my coaching journey with Alana was to lose weight and look better aesthetically. In the beginning, I was a little bit worried about taking progress pictures in case I wouldn’t see any difference – I was also worried that I wouldn’t stick to it and wondered if it would be worthwhile at all.
As someone who had never followed a training programme before and wouldn’t know where to start, I have greatly benefited (and continue to do so) from the clear way the programme is set out in the app and the simple directions within that. I also feel like I get a lot out of the weekly check-in form and I think, even if you didn’t read them, it would be good for my own headspace and accountability to do that every week.
Alana approaches everything realistically. Making things very easy to follow and make sense of. If you don’t meet a goal one week Alana has a very good way of helping you reach that goal in a more realistic and achievable way the following week without guilt and disappointment.

I had tried to get into good eating and exercising routines before and inevitably ended up giving up after a lazy weekend of binging so I was nervous I would fall down the same rabbit hole again. But Alana taught me to better plan for my weekends and also that slip ups are ok and how to get back up, recover from it and just get back on track with my usual routines!
If u follow Alana it will b obvious to see that she is someone who loves what she does i.e help others achieve their goals! Great motivational tips on healthy eating and working hard to get results!!

I've seen first hand the amazing things you have done with my friend. Turning someone from thinking peppers and onions as a snack on a Saturday afternoon is a treat to someone who will now have PASTA and love every mouthful.. I mean, my jaw dropped when I heard she had not had her favourite dinner for years out of fear. Since then I've stalked, I mean followed you and I love your no nonsense attitude when it comes to food and training!

Alana is great at what she does, she cuts out all the crap talk and gets straight to the point, Alana is always very Genuine and she is always quick to respond with great information to anyone's questions that i have ever seen. I love following her on Snapchat and Instagram also, to get a look at her everyday meal planning, gym session's and especially Alana's comical rants! 100% recommend!
