Most importantly, my total outlook on nutrition and exercise, it is now a natural part of my everyday life.

Alana is great at keeping the positivity there/momentum even after a bad week with nutrition or steps. Before starting out I worried that this wouldn’t work for me as I had tried so many other things in the past that failed but Alana gave me the tools to succeed and keep going even after difficult weeks, all while having a life!

I didn't think I would stick to it for long - I've just finished 1 year of coaching with Alana

Before I began my online coaching with Alana I worried about judgement in general. Alana is really good at making you forget about other people's opinions etc., and just focus on your own journey

Alana is a world of knowledge

If you really want to make a change in your life, invest-your money in Alana, it will be the best move you make.

I can't recommend Alana enough

“No fad diets, no ‘you cannot eat carbs’, just common sense, calories eaten vs calories burned, simple!”

Kim NHS Worker

Alana helped me find the strategy I needed

I've tried so many diets/lifestyles to lose and keep weight off - including being a vegetarian, then vegan, juice fasting, strictly paleo, keto/low carb, intermittent fasting and even fasting for whole days!

Randi W. Teacher

I've been getting coached by Alana for over a year now & have lost almost 15kg!

I have been on every ‘fad-diet’ out there. From Slimming World, to Lean in 15, Herbalife, Juice Plus and Protein World and obviously didn’t stick to any for probably more than a month.

Alex Teacher

I realised quite quickly that incremental improvements could be made

As someone who had never followed a training programme before and wouldn’t know where to start, I have greatly benefited (and continue to do so) from the clear way the programme is set out in the app

FAQs

Yes! If you follow a program through a gym where your classes/training is programmed already that’s absolutely fine!
Some people do the programs so they have the accountability with the other aspects of their health such as the nutrition and lifestyle habits, or just to be part of a group with the 8-week challenge.

We recommend that everyone gets used to tracking their calories, at least for 1 month, so they have an awareness of the calorie intake in certain foods and a rough idea how many calories they are consuming.

It’s a guessing game otherwise. We aren’t saying you have to track your calories for the rest of your life, but if you have a goal you want to achieve, then tracking will help speed up that process.

The 8-week challenge has options for both at-home and gym workouts. We recommend you choose a program you can stick to as that’s the most important thing, consistency in the program you choose.

If you are opting for the 1-2-1 coaching, all training programs are designed around the equipment you have available and if that means a bodyweight-only program catered to your goals, that’s absolutely fine.

The 8-week program is filled with everything I have found through my years of coaching that helps clients stay accountable.

The whole approach is non-restrictive and the goal is that it is enjoyable therefore you won’t feel like you are ‘on a diet’.

Most people I have coached have come from a background of fad diets, restrictive eating, and excessive exercise. They are often surprised when I ask them to do less with regards to training and also encouraging them to NOT remove certain foods from their diets that they deem ‘bad’.

Firstly, you have to want to change. If you are on the fence and just looking for another quick fix, this isn’t the program for you I’m afraid.

If you are looking for coaching on how to improve your body composition by learning about nutrition and how to eat to suit your lifestyle and goals, train in an enjoyable way that means you move better overall, have more energy and reduce your risk of injury, as well as focusing on other aspects of your life that often get overlooked – then this is the program for you.
