Hi! I’m Alana and I’m the founder/Head coach at Reverse Fitness and a personal trainer/online coach currently based in the Middle East. I have almost 10 years of experience in the fitness industry and a degree in Sport and Exercise Science. I have completed the NSCA certification, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and multiple other courses and CPD including BTN Nutrition coach, GGS Pre- and Post-natal, and Level 1 and 2 Kettlebell coaching; so just know that you are in safe hands!
I have worked with a wide range of clients, from those who had never stepped foot in a gym before and didn’t know what a calorie even meant – to successful athletes who have represented their country in their sport. What I’ve found with the wide variety of clients I have worked with is that they all have one thing in common.
They have all, at one stage or another, thought that things have to be super HARD in order to be worth doing. If something isn’t hard or complex enough it mustn’t work, right? Wrong.
This is where I come in with my knowledge and experience helping people achieve their goals without putting their lives on pause. To help you see that you CAN have a life and still achieve your fitness goals. Remember, your fitness and nutrition should fit around your life, not the other way around.
