About Me

My name is Alana and I'm the founder of Reverse Fitness. I'm a qualified Personal Trainer with a degree in Sport & Exercise Science, working in the health and fitness industry almost 10 years. I have a passion for helping people get in shape, feel better, get stronger and generally just enjoy the process of looking after themselves! I have a bullshit free approach and have zero tolerance for fad diets. Most of my clients have tried multiple diets in the past and ended up at square one, not only wasting their money but more importantly their time! My goal is to reverse everything you have been taught by the media around health and fitness. I offer various forms of coaching so there is something to suit everyone!

All training plans are designed and tested by Alana who is a qualified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science.

All nutrition info and recipes are designed to guide you and teach you how to eat a well balanced diet without restricition. You can have your cake and eat it - we just teach you how you can do it and still reach your goals!

One thing we are passionate about is teaching you that there is more to life than food and exercise. It's important that you train your mind and build mental strength as well as physical. All programs include daily journalling prompts to encourage you to experience the benefits of mindfulness and self reflection. You will be surprised how it can help speed up your fitness journey too!
